Signing up

Welcome to vividphoto! If you are not already a vividphoto member, it's easy to get started.
Joining vividphoto is free and easy. Simply click Get started.
You will then be asked to fill in required information (name, email address and password) and agree to our terms and conditions. From there, you'll click on Join Now , you account will be created and you can start using our services immediately!

Returning customers

Signing into your vividphoto account is easy!

1. In your Internet browser, enter www.vividphoto.net as the URL address. The vividphoto home page is displayed. 
2. Enter the email address you chose when you joined vividphoto.
3. Enter the password you chose when you joined vividphoto.
4. Click Sign In.You will sing in to your account.

Change password

If you need to change your password, it is under My Account.

1. In your Internet browser, enter www.vividphoto.net  as the URL address. The vividphoto home page is displayed.  then click on
   Sign in.
2. After signed on click My Account on top of the page.
3. Click Change Password.

Change account information

You can change your Billing Address and Shipping Address you wish to use when you make purchases from vividphoto.
Vividphoto uses your "Shipping Address" as the default address to which your orders will be sent. Your "Billing Address" is the default address to which we will bill your orders, and should match the address on your credit card issuing bank's record.

1. In your Internet browser, enter www.vividphoto.net  as the URL address. The vividphoto home page is displayed.  then click on
   Sign in.
2. After signed on click My Account on top of the page.
3. Click Billing and Shipping Information.
4. Enter your changes. When you are ready, click Next.
5. Review your changes. When you are done, click OK.
