No, all video transfer to digital services are completed on premises at our shop.

Normally, it will be less than 5 business days. Typically, we can get it done in couple days.

We provide both standard DVD(MPEG-2) and MPEG-4 (the latest digital video version) formats.

Do I get my original tapes back?
Yes, you will get your original back.

If my tape is broken, do you fix it?
We will need to take a look the damage tape first. For most of the broken tapes, we can fix them.
